Minimum order: $30.00 (surface tension test fluids exempt from minimum).

Payment terms: Net 30 days by U.S. check for registered and approved accounts; or payment by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express at time of sale.

Shipping and Handling: We ship FOB Claremont, NH, via UPS ground, second day, or next day air, prepaid and added to your invoice. We strive to pack orders cost-effectively, do not charge more than UPS's published rate, and actively discount air shipment charges. If you like, you can submit your order for a firm quote on shipping charges prior to confirming it. We can also ship via UPS collect if you prefer.

Backorders: Backordered products will be shipped as soon as they become available. Treater sleeves, most drawdown equipment, viscosity cups, and stopwatches are all normally in stock, and we do not charge for ground service shipping on the backordered portion of the order. Most other items are special orders, and may ship direct from the manufacturer, with separate shipping charges billed.

Returns and Restocking Charges: Viscosity cups are NOT returnable. All other items are (if unused and in resellable condition), but for some products there may be a significant restocking charge, In all cases, returns must be arranged in advance, and clearly identified with an approved return authorization number. If returnability is a concern, be sure to inquire in advance."
