Registration and Order Center Help
Using the registration and order center should be very intuitive, and only areas in use during a given session are displayed. Here
is an explanation of the available features.
Account Status
Here you will find your account number (if assigned), your
credit status with Diversified Enterprises, and options for our opt-in email list. Expect no more than quarterly informational emails from Dynesonline when you employ this feature. You may opt out at any time.
Pro Forma Invoicing
When you submit an order via Pro Forma Invoicing, you can track
its progress in this section. An email is sent to you
each step of the way. Just click the order/invoice number to view the order or completed invoice. Any action that needs to be taken on an order will
be shown under the "Action" heading. A hard copy of the invoice will arrive with
your order.
Order Management
Orders placed without a Pro Forma Invoice are shown if this section.
When shipped, you will receive email notification and the status
will be updated in this section where you may view a copy of your
invoice. A hard copy of the invoice will arrive with
your order.
For your convenience, shipped invoices will be held in the system for 14 days after which time you may delete them, however we reserve the right to delete any
shipped invoices left in the system over 30 days from shipment.
Saved Cart
The saved cart feature may be employed from all product pages
on the site. Once saved, the cart will show in this area of the registration and order center and
is
marked
by the date and time the cart was saved. You may save as many carts
as you need to. Saved carts are automatically deleted when an order
is placed whether through standard checkout or the Pro Forma system.
Note that "clearing" a cart accessed with this feature will not
delete the "saved cart". You may delete a saved cart in the registration and order center
by clicking on the trash can
icon
associated
with
it in.
Registration Information
Registration information may be updated at any time from this
area. While main contact information can only be updated from this area, may now update billing and shipping
contacts during checkout. Billing and shipping
information is "captured" with each order, so you may
have multiple invoices in the system with different shipping/billing
information. Each time you update contact
information, the changes are immediately reflected in the registration information area however existing orders in the system remain unchanged.
If you order for multiple locations, you may wish to consider creating
multiple users under the same account number.
